    I would highly recommend this unit. I have one and love it, too! Cookies, banana bread (with reduced price bananas!), great meatloaf or meatball mix are just some things I have used it for. I buy 5 lb. buckets of natural peanut butter that has the oil that separates. This mixer mixes it up quickly and I put it in jars to be refrigerated. It has helped me to make the most of my grocery savings!
