Lehman’s: Homemade Laundry Soap Starter Set – Request a FREE Catalog Today!

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to go to Lehman’s, with my son and daughter-in-law. If you’ve never been to this store, you really need to plan a trip to Kidron, Ohio. I have been wanting to go to this store for at least 5 years. Let me tell you, I had the time of my life and I spent way to much money. One of the things I purchased was this Homemade Laundry Soap Starter Set.

Before I could whip up my Homemade Laundry Soap, I had to deplete my supply of laundry soap. Finally today, I had the opportunity to make up a batch of Homemade Laundry Soap. The Laundry Soap Recipe was so easy it took me about a half an hour to make up two gallons of laundry soap. The downside, I can’t try it until I get more dirty laundry. My cost per load about $0.04. I can’t wait to try it.

My mom has been making this soap for a while now…we all love it. It does work well and is such a huge savings. One thing I wanted to point out, though, is check your local stores for the items because you may find even more savings. My mom gets the washing soda at the grocery store for around $3.00 for the same size box they charge 5.95 for in the catalog…saving even more money!! Thanks for sharing!

When I purchased the Starter Set, Lehman’s had it on sale for $35.00. Which, I thought that was a good deal. I noticed yesterday that Meijer carried the Arm & Hammer Washing Soda. I didn’t think to check the price on it. But I will be looking around for the best deal.
