Because I watch too many cooking shows on TV and wanted to someday make my own pasta, I bought myself this Marcato Atlas Wellness 150 Pasta Maker. I probably never told you that my son went to Culinary School and is quite an accomplished chef. At least that is what his Mama thinks. Well, this past weekend my son was home visiting and he made homemade pasta noodles. Let me tell you there were to die for. Problem was there were no leftovers.
