There will only be Two (2) coupon inserts in this Sunday’s Newspaper, one Smartsouce and one Redplum. Some regions may also receive a Target Coupon Insert.

Normally the newspaper with the largest circulation in your state has the best coupons. But don’t rule out your local paper. Always check the newspaper before you pay for it, to make sure all the coupon inserts are there.

I find that a good rule of thumb is to purchase one newspaper per family member and one extra newspaper for stockpiling.

• Green Giant $.60/3 Seasoned Steamers or Valley Fresh Steamers frozen vegetables 11 or 12oz only
• Nestle B3G1 free Crunch or Crunch Girl Scout candy bars 1.3-1.55oz up to $1.09
• Old El Paso $.60/3 products excluding refrigerated, frozen or soup products
• Zest $1/1 body wash
